STRONGBAND Level 1 is your introduction to strength & resistance training. For 8 weeks, we strategically take you through progressions of the fundamental movements so that you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. This is the perfect program to refocus and learn proper muscle engagement for key exercises while challenging your endurance.
STRONGBAND Level 2is a 12-week strength program that builds off of everything you learned in STRONGBAND Level 1 to take your home workouts to the next level. We dive right in with challenging resistance training principles so that you can feel stronger every single week.
Within the STRONGBAND Level 1 + 2 Training Programs, you'll receive:
20 weeks of strength training
3 strength workouts per week (upper body, lower body, full body)
1 HIIT workout per week
Warm-up and mobility for every workout
Workout details with photos
Printer-friendly version of the workouts without photos
Weekly check-in questions
Access to our Private Facebook group so that you can connect with everyone else in the TBB ARMY, receive frequent video tutorials and stay motivated
